Geetamata English Arts, Commerce and Science Junior College provides instruction for classes XI & XII of arts, commerce and science in English medium as per the pattern laid down by the Government of Maharashtra. The admission process for XI begins when class X (S.S.C) results are declared. Applications forms are to be collected, duly filled and submitted in the college office as per the time table decided by the Centralized Admission Committee. A student seeking admission to the F.Y.J.C. (Class XI) of Arts and Commerce must have passed the Secondary School Certificate Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education or any other examination recognized as its equivalent with English as a compulsory subject.
At the time of admission, original School-Leaving Certificate signed by the Headmaster will have to be submitted. As per the Government’s order, this original certificate would not be returned to the student unless the admission is cancelled. A student can be admitted only at the beginning of the academic year. The final authority regarding the grant of admission or rejection to any class lies with the principal

The Junior college has a total intake capacity of 1 division (80 seats) at unaided co-education in Arts stream for English Medium.
Environmenal Science (Arts)
- The grade of ‘Environmental Science’ is considered as a one of the subject at F.Y.J.C. level.
- The grade of EVS for XII STD will be sent to HSC BOARD by Projects of “Environmental Science” are compulsory for XI AND XII STD students.

Myself kusum kumawal from X11th Arts. I have scored 89.00% With first rank in our class therefore I am very happy. I also want to thank our respected Principal ma’am, co-ordinator teaching faculty and are for putting their efforts to us. In this pandemic pound our college teacher online and it works well. I leasened all the good things including studies. We celebrated all the functions also in an online mode college also organized some achvities also for the students. We enjoyed that activities faculty members are always co-operate with us. The way they fought us is was damn good. college fook owi practice exams also for our practice purpose. This is what the GJC performs in this pandemic period. I am very thankful to our principal, co ordinatory teaching and non- teaching members of our college for giving this two years of beautiful experience to us.
